H7 coprocessor board

This board is designed to add calculating power to the simulator and remove load from the main simulation controller. Therefore there are 4 STM32H725 controllers on the board.

Each H7 controller has an 8 channel 12-bit DAC connected to provide 8 analog outputs. Due to the fact that the board is meant primarly for the calculating purposes, there are just 30 MCU IOs available on the headers for each controller in addition to the 8 analog output channels.
